Switchback Sessions offers experiential, service-based offerings. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are generally final.
 

No guaranteed refunds
 

Payments for events, sessions, workshops, retreats, and other offerings are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, sound healing sessions, guided experiences, consultations, and outdoor activities.
 

Case-by-case consideration
 

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, taking into account individual circumstances. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Legal compliance

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds will be issued when required by law.

Event changes or cancellations

​

In the event that Switchback Sessions cancels or reschedules an event or service, participants will be offered the option of a credit toward a future offering or a refund, as appropriate.

Non-attendance

Failure to attend a scheduled event or session, including late arrival or early departure, does not qualify for a refund.

Weather and environmental conditions

​

Outdoor experiences may be subject to weather or environmental changes. Sessions may proceed, be modified, or rescheduled as conditions require. Refunds are not guaranteed due to weather-related adjustments.
